Onenote Portable App

Hello Daniel, So many thanks for your reply. I am actually aware of OneNote Mobile app and I have in fact already installed it on my iphone. My major problem though is the impossibility to use customed tags (or create summary pages) on the mobile version. I know surface pro would allow me to do just that, but I would prefer a much more 'wearable' size, so to be able to always carry it with me. I wondered therefore if there was a mobile phone or tablet - similar in size - that could allow me tu run full desktop version.
