If run on Windows XP, the solution is to install or uninstall the Outlook Connector. Then the problem completely gone. But now I run on Windows 7, install or uninstall Outlook Connector do not solve the problem. I also tried install or uninstall Outlook Social Connector, still not solve. I think this problem might related with CPE17 Autorun killer, Symantec Endpoint 11 Antivirus. Hope Microsoft can solve this problem very soon.
